1. Non-Top-Pressure Counter Flow Regenerating Negative-Positive Ion Exchanger:
It has its fine performances of counter flow regenerating, that has saved the top-pressure system and simplified operation, saved investment and operation cost. Therefore, it is the most advanced equipment for desalting at present. Different resin is filled into its column to form strong-type bed, weak-type bed and double-layer bed etc. a set of reasonable and economic technology has been formed and the best economic result is achieved.
The exchanger is designed the operative velocity at Φ200-Φ800/15-20m3/h, Φ1000-Φ3000/20-30m3/h, and the regenerating velocity isΦ200-Φ800/15-2m3/h, Φ1000-Φ3000/5-7m3/h, and the back washing velocity positive bed is 10-15 m3/h and negative bed is 8-10 m3/h.
In order to ensure the working time of water making and reduce the times of regenerating, the total salt content of water inflow should be under 500mg/L, when the &#118alue is surpassed, an electrodialyzer should be reasonably prefixed. When negative-positive ions exchanger is composed of complex bed system and at the time, medium alkalinity of water inflow (HCO3 content) has surpassed 50mg/L, it's reasonable to set the CO2 remover for removing alkali.
