1. Working principal

This equipment is used in sand precipitation tank in wastewater plant; separate the sand and water from the sand-water mixture. The mixture enters the water tank from the one top of the separator; the heavier sand will precipitate in the tank bottom. With helical pulling force, the sand will be lifted along the U tank, and will move some distance after leaving the liquid, and be discharged from the outlet, and the wastewater will be discharged from the overflow outlet to the water collection tank for re-treatment.

2. Equipment characteristics

a. Separation efficiency for 96098%, can remove the particle size more than 0.2mm

b. Take non-shaft screwing, no bearing in water, convenient for maintenance.

c. New-type transmission device, the key part- decelerator is the advanced shaft-installed type, no need shaft coupler, easy for installation.
